Returns

I accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact me at kaolinandhostas@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition

• Packed securely in the original (or equivalent) packaging

• Shipped back within 7 days of return approval

Once the item is received and inspected, I’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping costs). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchanges

Because each item is one of a kind, I am unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a replacement, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Custom & Sale Items

All custom orders and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged Items

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. I’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.
